My thoughts

Coaching has become a buzzword in recent years, and for good reason, it works. I’ve been coached myself and found it transformational, and it’s this potential for transformation that excites me and inspired me to train as a coach.

After spending the first half of my career working in large-scale creative agencies as both an employee and later a director, I felt frustrated by the obstacles and constraints in the way of both personal and professional progress. It was something I wanted to fix.

I first worked with a coach when I was looking to make a change in my career and later, as a business leader, I explored coaching techniques to build leadership skills and better my performance. My leadership style was empathetic and I recognised the importance of actively listening to my team and clients, working to understand how we could work together to achieve our goals.

This journey has enabled me to build a strong commercial and spiritual foundation as a coach, and I feel lucky to be in a position to help people and businesses work in a healthier way.

I believe there is a better way.
